Refunds & Shipping Information

1. Couriers

We ship all orders using DHL and An Post, depending on destination and delivery speed selected at checkout.

2. Delivery Times

Bespoke and made-to-order pieces have a turnaround time of approximately 3 weeks for creation. Postage begins after this turnaround period, to ensure your piece is completed to the highest standard before it's on its way to you.

Ready-made items are posted the same or the following working day, depending on post office collection times.

3. Refunds & Exchanges

Bespoke Orders: As every bespoke piece is made to order using your chosen fabric, design, and measurements, bespoke orders are not eligible for refunds.

Ready-Made Items: Ready-made pieces are eligible for exchange only, provided the requested size is in stock and the item is returned unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition it was sent.

4. International Shipping

We ship internationally. Delivery times will vary depending on your location, and international orders may be subject to customs charges or import duties, which are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.

6. Delays

While we do everything we can to get your order to you on time, Baddie Boutique is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control.
