1. Order Policy

All orders placed on Baddie Boutique are final. Once your order has been confirmed and payment processed, cancellations are not permitted.

2. Refund Policy

Bespoke & Custom Orders: No refunds are issued after orders have been made. All bespoke and custom pieces are made to your specific measurements and requirements. Once production has begun, the item cannot be resold or returned.

Ready-Made Items: Ready-made pieces may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery if unworn and in original condition with tags attached. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

3. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are typically dispatched within 7-14 business days. Delivery times vary depending on your location. Baddie Boutique is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or customs.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.

5. Payment

All payments must be made in full before production begins. We accept all major credit cards and payment methods displayed at checkout. A 50% deposit may be required for bespoke orders, with the remainder due before dispatch.

6. Liability

Baddie Boutique is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the purchase or use of our products. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the item.

7. Intellectual Property

All designs, images, and content on Baddie Boutique are the property of Baddie Boutique and protected by copyright. Reproduction without permission is prohibited.

8. Changes to Terms

Baddie Boutique reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website.
